Radiant held its Annual Conference on 27th June at Radisson Blu Water Garden, Dhaka. The year’s conference focused on the Development Plan of Joint Teams of Radiant Companies under the theme ‘Growing and Going’.
The program commenced with a welcome address by MD, RPL & RDL. The conference offered an opportunity for in-depth presentations on Departmental Development Plans. After the presentations, MD, PCL delivered his speech addressing the importance of innovation, teamwork, and setting examples through unique thoughts and deeds.
In a spirit of collaboration, all Joint Teams across Radiant Companies shared their presentations. Bringing together all Radiant Companies under one roof as Joint Teams, this conference enabled employees to gain insights into various departmental plans and build connections with each other.
The day-long event concluded with a vibrant program that included a Raffle Draw, Puppet Show, Magic Show, Stand-up Comedy, Dance Performances, and a Musical Event. With everyone’s positive energy and enthusiasm, the program was indeed a remarkable one.
Respected Chairman, Md Nasser Shahrear Zahedee addressed the audience with an inspiring speech to close the Business Session of the Annual Conference 2024. He appreciated all Radiant employees for their efforts and encouraged them to keep aiming higher.
He highlighted Radiant’s charitable efforts through the Zahedee Foundation, making all colleagues part of the philanthropic mission. His speech highlighted the importance of Colleagues’ sense of belongingness and ownership toward Radiant, which infused optimism and new hope among them.
