(QMS)

Quality Management System of Radiant is achieved by conforming to requirements of the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA), World Health Organization (WHO) and monographs like BP, USP, EP, etc.

The QMS is looked after by head of Quality Assurance department and all other departmental heads work as a team to follow and maintain the QMS.

Radiant’s quality policy, a part of QMS, aims to establish built-in quality in the products with the space of quality assurance.

The built-in quality is established by manufacturing the products with the materials which are purchased from the validated vendors and are released by own Radiant QC lab after analysis, with monitoring of quality throughout the whole production lifecycle by skilled and qualified people, through validated processes, qualified machines & equipment, qualified HVAC system and facilities, validated analytical test method, complete batch document review, keeping retention samples in the access control room for review activity and good distribution practices

Quality policies, objectives, and quality manuals are constantly updated for maintaining best practice.

GMP and QMS practice throughout the entire product life cycle.

Emphasis on producing products with zero defects.

Independence of QA team allows them to perform necessary checks without constraints to ensuring top product quality.

MS tools include quality risk assessment, change control, CAPA management, Internal audit, GMP training, product complaint handling, product recall and annual product quality reviews.

Best documentation practices and data integrity are consistently maintained.
