Quality Management System (QMS)

Quality Management System of Radiant is achieved by conforming to requirements of the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA), World Health Organization (WHO) and monographs like BP, USP, EP, etc. The QMS is looked after by head of Quality Assurance department and all other departmental heads work as a team to follow and maintain the QMS.

Radiant’s quality policy, a part of QMS, aims to establish built-in quality in the products with the space of quality assurance. The built-in quality is established by manufacturing the products with the materials which are purchased from the validated vendors and are released by own Radiant QC lab after analysis, with monitoring of quality throughout the whole production lifecycle by skilled and qualified people, through validated processes, qualified machines & equipment, qualified HVAC system and facilities, validated analytical test method, complete batch document review, keeping retention samples in the access control room for review activity and good distribution practices.
