Zahedee Foundation operates three organizations in different area to contribute for the wellbeing of the society on behalf of Radiant. These 3 organizations are:
To accelerate the popularity of football and to change the morality of the youths positively through sports activity, Zahedee Foundation established an academy named Shams-Ul-Huda Football Academy at Hamidpur, Jessore in 2011. Mr. Kazi Md. Salahuddin, President, Bangladesh Football Federation inaugurated the academy. Shams-Ul-Huda Footbal Academy is the One & Only private football training academy in our country. Selected Young and promising players from different age group receive football training from the academy at free of costs. Academy has its own FIFA licensee Coach and training facilities. The residential facility of the academy has given scopes to the financially incapable trainees.
In 2012, (Six) 6 players from the academy got chance in 1st division football team of Fakirapool Young Men's Club. That's the remarkable result of the academy.
Zahedee Foundation has established Shilpi Sangha to initiate, organise, support, promote and implement cultural activities in Bangladesh.
Shilpi Sangha runs a cultural school at Jhenidah. More than hundred children learn on music and art from this school. Shilpi Sangha observes national- international remarkable days around the year.
Shilpi Sangha produced a documentary film on eminent artist SM Sultan. In July 2011, Dr. Dipu Moni, the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh govt. inaugurated the documentary.
Shilpi Sangha also released a music audio album named 'ISHTEHAR' (declaration). It consists some of rebellion music written by Mr. Md. Zahid Hossain Musa. Eminent singer Mr. Mahmuduzzaman Babu organized and voiced the album. In July 2010, Mr. Nurul Islam Nahid, the Education Minister of Bangladesh govt. launched the album.
Zahedee Foundation delivers its academic scholarships for brilliant and/or financially weak students of Public educational institutions.
All these CSR activities of Radiant are already showing visible signs of success in making positive impacts in the lives of the people. Besides, Radiant has well-conceived programs to ensure welfare for its employees.
In addition to the above, the Zahedee Foundation has donated towards the purchase of wheelchairs for the disabled, establishment of community libraries in different parts of the country, publication of awareness building books, and the renovation of Mosques and temples in various districts of the country.
In 2011, Radiant also sponsored the Capacity Building Workshop for Health Journalists and in 2010 it sponsored the International White Cane Safety Day for the blind in Bangladesh.
